Level of Support

We offer varying degress of support, from Time and Materials repairs and a basic inventory access programme for those customers who have in-house engineers, to on-site priority support with all labour and materials included, with the added comfort of having a guaranteed response time for Mission-Critical systems.

Contracts can usually include site wide systems and spares, including those legacy systems that the manufacturer's have stopped supporting. We can discuss with you any solutions available that may help you replace legacy installations with 100% compatible systems running on more modern hardware. If you have existing manufacturers warranty that expires at different times on different machines, we can pro-rata costs accordingly so that all systems are renewed at the same date which makes administration easier.

Multi Vendor

We support new and legacy installations from manufacturers including Compaq, Dell, Hewlett Packard, SGI (Silicon Graphics Inc) and SUN Microsystems, using operating systems like Solaris, IRIX, Windows and Linux.

Independence from any one computer manufacturer allows us to be flexible in meeting your requirement and ensures that as your requirements change, we can meet them.

Locations

Our UK office can deal with customers anywhere in the UK & EIRE, but for those with branch offices, we are pleased to work within a network of service companys in France, Germany, Italy and Spain. All services that we offer in the UK, we are able to offer in these countrys to the same terms.

Contract customers have access to a dedicated support website where service requests can be raised and tracked from start to finish. System information, SLA terms and conditions and management reports for incidents can all be generated via this online portal. In addition, a growing knowledgebase is available to assist your users common issues.
